NIGHT AT THE OPERA - The Symphony season opens with a sparkling evening of beautiful voices and lively orchestral playing that brings together music from some of the world's grandest, most famous operas, including Verdi's Aida, Puccini's La Bohème, and Wagner's Ring Cycle. Michael Morgan has chosen arias, overtures and intermezzos from many of his favorite operas, and assembled a group of singers our audience has raved about in previous seasons, for this special opening night program. You don’t have to be an opera-goer to recognize and enjoy the wide range of well-known vocal and orchestral selections featured on this concert.
